SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
The goods are delivered directly from our premises in Rome (Italy) to your doorstep, that is door to door delivery. Our prime courier is Fedex Express, however in exceptional cases we may use other international couriers.
A mail will be sent to you with the tracking number, once the order has been
completed. All deliveries are trackable on the courier website.
The anticipated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for customers in the US and Canada. For customers in Australia, China, Japan, Jamaica, El Salvador, South Korea and Mexico, delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days.
For customers from the UK the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that exceptions may occur due to adverse weather conditions and holiday periods.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Clients who want to return any purchased item are to send an email to info@calcioitalia-us.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, enlisting the order number of the purchased item and the reason for the request. If approved, Calcioitalia-us.com will supply an authorization number.
2. All purchased items returned must be unused and in their original packaging, complete of hanging tags, must not be washed, nor used, differently the claim is considered invalid. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:
2.1 Return is outside of the return policy
2.2 Item appears worn, washed or used
2.3 Item is non-returnable (customized and personalized items cannot be
returned)
2.4 Item was damaged after delivery
2.5 Item is altered
2.6 Item is returned with holes
2.7 Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)
2.8 Item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer's tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received

3. Personalized and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. All the soccer jerseys that have players name and number are considered customized items hence non returnable.

5. The cost of all returned article/s is to be paid by the customer unless the cause of the return is our fault. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. The exchange of size or article are acceptable, but all expenses deriving from returning the purchased item and all the carriage costs paid (1st delivery), and that of the eventual 2nd delivery (for the exchanges) are to be entirely paid by the customer. Please note that returning goods are subject to return duties and return VAT (Value Added Tax) charges that are to be paid by the customer.
6. The exchange of an authorized returned purchased item will be made after having controlled its returned conditions and, charged the eventual expenses sustained as detailed in point 5.
7. The exchange will be delivered following the payment of:
7.1 The charges as detailed in point 5, and,
7.2 the eventual difference of cost of the exchanged item.

where there is somebody available to receive the delivery.
